It’s hard to run

Yesterday I took up the running again. It was tough and my brain remembered how high intensity I used to be at but my body just screamed “no mooore pleaaase”. But I kept going and after 40 minutes it was great ;) You got to stay positive! —->

I use nike+ ipod to monitor my runs, it’s awesome and the shoes have a wonderful support for my feet!
It’s so inspiring to see my progress and stats on my runs! Have a look!
