Day 3 – Smoothie lunch!

By now the breakfast time is probably wedged in your brain as the most important meal of the day! And don’t get me wrong, it is ONE of the most important. Many of us eat a very healthy breakfast just to spoil it all by throwing some fastfood in at lunch.

HereĀ“s what you can do –>

Mix this:
2 dl Yoghurt
1 dl Milk
1-2 dl Blueberries
1 banana
Bread optional

YUM!!
